H.E.A.R.T.S. was born from a simple but powerful truth: every young parent deserves to be educated, equipped, seen, heard, and supported. Since our founding more than 13 years ago, we’ve grown from a grassroots dream into a movement. We’ve served more than 348 participants and children and provided more than 330 hours of direct support services.
#givingLOVEtoHEARTS isn’t just our annual giving campaign. It’s our way of ensuring that the youth we serve–youth with adult responsibilities navigating trauma, systemic barriers, and inequity–have the tools, resources, and opportunities to reach their spark.
Your support of #givingLOVEtoHEARTS helps us continue to provide advocacy coaching and lunch & learn life skills classes, stock parent and infant care items in the LoveBug Children’s Closet, and create spaces for transformation and well-being.

At the core of H.E.A.R.T.S. are young people with adult responsibilities. As adolescent parents, they face unique barriers when accessing resources to help them in school, in their personal lives, and in their growing professional journeys. At H.E.A.R.T.S., we educate and equip our participants with the tools needed to become independent and self-sufficient–and we are so proud of them and all that they have achieved.
